About MJ Eason
MJ Eason grew up in a small Texas town famous for, well not much of anything really. Being the baby of the family and quite a bit younger than her brothers and sister, MJ had plenty of time to entertain herself. Making up stories seem to come natural to her. As a pre-teen, MJ discovered romance novels and knew instinctively that was what she wanted to do with her over-active imagination. She wrote her first novel as a teen—it’s tucked away somewhere never to see the light of day—but never really pursued her writing career seriously until a few years later, when she wrote her first romantic comedy and was hooked. Today, MJ still lives in Texas and still writes about romance. How do you give your heart to someone when they don't see a future with you in it? Carrie just knows that this gorgeous man is going to break her heart but she can't seem to keep away from Tyler, he is everything that she wants but they are worlds apart. Their relationship is all going well but she feels that he keeps her at a distance and the cracks have already started, she knows that this in the time to break it off.Tyler really likes Carrie but he can't see them having a future as his father needs him but why is his father so against Carrie? Will Tyler fight for her or will he let her go?
Carrie has made up her mind she sells her business and house and buys a house that needs far too much work and she is pregnant and no she hasn't told Tyler. She doesn't know if she is going to keep the baby as Tyler will feel obligated to be there and she just wants him to love her, is that too much to ask?
There are surprises in store for Carrie and she will see a completely different side to a man that she wants nothing to do with? Can she let him in and will she do the right thing?
I liked Carrie has she made up her own mind and she knew when it was time to go and she was being stubborn and I did fear that her pride would have destroyed her happiness. Tyler I did not like him at the beginning as he wanted everything his way and he was willing to let her walk and I know that is what Carrie wanted but he should have fought harder. Steph what can I say not too sure if I like her she looks down at Carrie all the time maybe in time I will grow to like her. A great well written story that has it all laughs, tears, new beginnings and big decisions. I received a copy in exchange for an honest review.
